Throughout the program, the girls practice a wide range of leadership and ethical thinking skills that will serve them well far beyond the classroom. They learn to listen actively, communicate clearly, and ask powerful questions. They explore different styles of leadership, reflect on what values matter most to them, and learn to work collaboratively on solving complex problems. They engage in role-playing, group projects, and guided discussions that help them understand how to lead with both strength and empathy.

In our final class, the girls put everything they learn into practice by analyzing a real ethical case study. They work in small groups to develop a well-reasoned stance, present their arguments in a clear and organized way, and answer questions from their peers—defending their ideas while remaining respectful and open to feedback. It is incredible to witness how thoughtfully and courageously they engage with difficult topics, ask each other meaningful questions, and demonstrate just how capable they are of leading with conviction, care, and critical thinking.

 

This program doesn’t just teach the skills of ethical leadership—it gives young girls a space where they can grow into confident individuals who believe in their voices, support one another, and understand that leadership is about integrity, empathy, and the courage to speak up and stand tall.
